Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the retail industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximise campaign performance and return on investment.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

A successful Trade Marketing Manager should have:

• A strong background in marketing.
• Experience in spirits, wine, beer, or premium FMCG preferred
• Proven experience in developing and executing trade marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software to track campaign performance.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field.
