About the roleYou'll lead integrated digital marketing and communications across our Sub‑Saharan Africa portfolio (Assessment & Qualifications, Resources, Partnerships, and English), turning customer insight into campaigns that build brand, drive engagement, and support key launches. You'll grow your influence across SSA markets, experiment with new formats, and turn data into ideas that help educators and learners succeed.
Responsibilities- Plan and run end‑to‑end digital campaigns across email (Hub Spot) and social media, including audience segmentation, automation, content scheduling and A/B testing.
- Create and curate compelling multi‑media content for web, blogs, newsletters and social, including managing video production and edits.
- Measure and optimise performance using analytics (e.g., Google Analytics and Hub Spot reporting), translating KPIs into clear actions to improve ROI and customer experience.
- Collaborate and uphold standards – work closely with SSA and global colleagues, champion brand consistency, strengthen processes (briefing, review, sign‑off), and upskill others in digital best practice.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long‑term health condition.
AboutYou
- Degree‑level education and a recognised digital marketing qualification.
- 5+ years in digital marketing and communications roles.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Hub Spot (or similar) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven social media strategy, content creation and community management skills.
- Skilled in video production management and digital storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to different audiences.
- Flexibility to support customers at key times (e.g., exam periods).

- SEO knowledge; web/CMS basics and HTML.
- Experience with , Microsoft 365 and MS Teams.
