As part of our Creator Solutions team, ’s in-house performance creator experts, you’ll drive growth and engagement across a portfolio of client creator and affiliate programs. You’ll partner closely with brands across industries like fashion, food, parenting, and tech to design and scale performance-led creator strategies that deliver real results. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership in a fast‑moving creator landscape.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts, from strategy and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
- Analyse campaign performance and manage reporting, translating data into clear insights and strategic recommendations to optimise programs and support client growth.
- Develop data-driven creator strategies, including campaign proposals, pricing recommendations, budget allocation, creator selection, and content formats that drive measurable performance.
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, translating performance data into actionable insights, optimisation plans, and opportunities for program growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales as a subject matter expert on RFPs and pitches, helping shape compelling creator marketing strategies for prospective and existing clients.
- Oversee creator outreach, negotiations, and talent manager relationships to secure strong partnerships and ensure campaign compliance.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Community teams to align creator strategies with broader business goals, while managing budgets and timelines effectively.

- 6+ years of experience leading strategy and execution within creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or community‑led programs.
- Strong experience in a client‑facing, consultative role, with confidence shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and driving account growth.
- A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into clear recommendations and scalable strategies.
- Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem across major social platforms, trends, and verticals such as fashion, CPG, parenting, wellness, or tech.
