Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Experiential Activations and Events Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering high-impact brand experiences that align with client objectives, budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate the strategic, creative development and production of creative campaigns
- Coordinate efforts with creative, digital and internal teams
- Brief, activity plan, production, execution and evaluation of events and brand experiences
- Manage the status of a job or projects with deadlines
- Issue a status report to the client with all relevant information, deadlines, and costs pertaining to all projects/jobs in the system
- Present competitive analysis to the internal team and the client
- Stay on top of advertising trends
- Maintain budgets
- Track Scope of Work documents for clients and forecasting internally
- Have a good understanding of positioning and strategy
- Maintain brand objectives and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative and reporting
- Diploma in marketing, events management, communications or related field
- 2-3 years experience in experiential marketing, brand activation and live events
- Previous advertising agency experience
- Minimum three years experience
- Strong project management skills
- Good communicator – written and verbal
- Proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solver
- Ability to build strong and enduring client relationships
- Good negotiator
- Effective team management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Driver's licence
- Ability to travel
