Marketing Manager – Casual Dining (Hospitality Group) Cape Town, South Africa

Salary: R70 000 CTC per month (no additional benefits)

An established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy across a portfolio of casual dining restaurants.

The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing external agencies, and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities

-Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns

-Conducting market and consumer research, managing budgets, tracking performance through KPIs, and ensuring consistent branding across all outlets.

The role works closely with operations, menu development, and new business teams to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.

The successful candidate will also manage and mentor a marketing team and report on performance and ROI to senior management.
