24 - the leading real estate platform is requiring exceptional B2B marketing leadership to drive agent and developer success.
About the role
24, you will own the marketing strategy and execution that encompasses brand positioning, go-to-market execution, acquisition and retention tactics. You will play a crucial role in driving commercial success while building and leading a small marketing team to deliver exceptional results. Your role will require you to manage senior stakeholders (Sales, GTM, Product, Data teams, external agencies) and guide your team members to execute against strategy while developing a high-performance culture.
The envisioned profile for this role is someone that easily collaborates with cross-functional teams, unlocks new opportunities for B2B growth, and can clearly define and drive marketing strategy for business clients. This role reports into global marketing leadership.
What responsibilities will your get
24's B2B market penetration and engagement through strategic brand positioning and revenue enablement tactics (e.g. GTM, PR, Events). This will require you to work across multiple internal teams and external partners. You will own, write and manage the integrated B2B marketing plan covering brand, sales enablement, PR, activations & partnerships, events.
24 brand purposefully and meaningfully different within the real estate industry to ensure the brand is future-proof and relevant for agents, developers, and business partners.
