Brand and Communications Associate

Brand and Communications Associate required in Cape Town.

The Brand and Communications Associate supports the Marketing Manager in managing brand touchpoints and delivering clear, consistent, and high-quality communication across channels.

The role requires strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand management within a business and financial services environment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, shaping voice and tone, and supporting the organisation’s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for reports, client communications, events, and marketing materials
• Maintain staff bios, press releases, client letters, and brand style guides
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate branded materials and liaise with design and content teams
• Support event communications and competitor benchmarking

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in writing, editing, or brand communications
• Journalism, financial, or publishing background advantageous
• Basic understanding of financial markets and asset management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
