Morae is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a foundational member of Morae’s newly established Product Marketing function, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll drive go-to-market execution, create sales enablement assets, and build the core content infrastructure that empowers our sales teams to succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, enjoys creating tangible assets that sales teams actually use, and wants to be part of an innovative, fast-evolving business.

This is a highly execution-focused role, approximately 70% of your time will be spent creating, producing, and delivering, rather than strategizing. If you love rolling up your sleeves and shipping high-quality marketing materials, this role is for you.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Asset Development

  • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, datasheets, one-pagers, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
  • Develop customer-facing content such as case studies, solution briefs, white papers, and ROI calculators
  • Build competitive intelligence assets including battle cards, comparison matrices, and win/loss analyses
  • Produce product launch materials for new solutions and feature releases across the portfolio
  • Own the content creation process end to end, from briefing through final delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency
  • Manage design and production coordination with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support sales training by creating enablement decks, facilitating sessions, and developing certification materials
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks with discovery questions, value propositions, talk tracks, and objection handling by solution area
  • Create positioning frameworks that translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Produce demo videos and recorded content for on-demand sales training
  • Gather and incorporate sales feedback to continuously improve asset effectiveness

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Execute product launches by managing launch checklists, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring sales readiness
  • Support competitive positioning through ongoing market research and intelligence gathering
  • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmaps and translate features into market-ready messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to align demand-generation campaigns with sales enablement assets
  • Manage product marketing operations including content repositories, asset tracking, and version control

Process & Infrastructure

  • Implement templates and frameworks to create consistency and scalability across the product portfolio
  • Build and manage content libraries using SharePoint/Fusion
  • Establish feedback loops to measure asset performance and iterate based on usage data
  • Document repeatable product marketing processes (launches, case studies, competitive updates)
  • Track and report on content performance, including downloads, usage, and sales feedback
