OverviewAs a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing. Your work will shape revenue strategy, forecast performance, and lead execution across email, SMS, direct mail, and other high‑touch points. You will be a champion of CTC’s unique forecasting system and technology stack, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with client goals and delivered with quality.
CoreResponsibilities
- Develop and manage long‑term lifecycle marketing strategies that drive predictable revenue growth.
- Create forecasts, strategic plans, and performance metrics using CTC’s proprietary forecasting system.
- Lead cross‑team execution, coordinating with Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, Designers, and Creators to deliver high‑quality email, SMS, and other marketing assets.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, explaining strategy rationale, forecasting outcomes, and implementation plans.
- Monitor active campaigns, analyze data, and iterate tactics to exceed forecasted KPIs.
- Champion the use of advanced tools (membership, loyalty programs, carts, pop‑ups, quizzes, direct mail, etc.) to enhance retention and increase customer lifetime value.
- Document learnings, contribute to system improvements, and share best practices across the team.
- Oversee all deliverables – emails, SMS, direct mail – ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and teammates, maintaining open, transparent communication and clear expectations.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience executing email and SMS campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and optimization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving retention marketing, owning initiatives that generate predictable revenue and elevate customer lifetime value.
- Strong data‑analysis skills, comfortable working with Google Sheets, Statlas, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to persuade stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in developing and executing email and SMS best practices; experience with workload management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Self‑directed, highly motivated, with a proven track record of achieving results in fast‑moving environments.
- Autodidact: Curious, quick to learn, embraces feedback, and continuously hones skills independently.

- First 30 days – $1.5K (Part‑time transition phase) – Daily training, shadowing, and client support.
- Days 31–60 – $3K (Full‑time start) – Full‑time role, manage first 3 client accounts.
- Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses – Scale portfolio and earn bonuses tied to revenue targets.
- Clear, defined path for growth over the first 12 months based on system adoption and quality of execution.
- Weekly dashboard access to compare performance with peers on objective and subjective metrics.
- Transparent pay structure with regular contract negotiations.
- Continuous mentorship and feedback sessions with the director of retention.
- Fully remote; self‑managed schedule and autonomy are core values.
- Regular 1:1 feedback and accountability check‑ins to support personal growth.
