A leading food production company in Cape Town is in search of a Food Safety Team Leader to enhance their food safety culture. This role requires a B Sc in Food Science or B Tech in Food Technology. The candidate should have 3–5 years of food industry experience, strong knowledge of HACCP and FSSC 22000, and be a confident leader capable of motivating teams.

You will oversee the Food Safety Management System, manage audits, and deliver training, ensuring compliance across all teams.
