Responsibilities- Lead improvement initiatives and plant-based improvement activities.
- Champion Lean Principles and design/manage the change management process.
- Familiarity with Kaizen and Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Supply Chain, or Business.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of transformation and project management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
