Production Data & Systems Coordinator - Stikland - Salary R16 000 to R17 000

We are seeking a detail‑driven and highly organized Production Administrator to join our Technical Systems team. This role is critical in supporting production operations through accurate data capturing, reporting, and administrative coordination.

• Capture and analyse production data across all departments (scrap, shift rosters, OEE, consumables, CNC downtime, etc.).
• Compile productivity, OEE, efficiency, and performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Manage Syspro job capturing requisitions, non‑conformances, job closures, WIP queries, and inventory movements.
• Provide administrative support: meeting agendas, minutes, stock take sheets, and checklists.
• Coordinate CNC and stores functions, cycle counts, job tracking, and transfers.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting and adherence to production processes.

• Qualifications
  :
  Minimum Grade 12 (additional certificates/leadership qualifications advantageous).
• Experience
  : 2 to 3 years in a factory/production environment and in a similar role.
