• Experience
  : 3-4+ years in a biotech or related industry (or an undergraduate degree in a relevant life science discipline with 0-2+ years experience).

• Bulk Manufacturing – Measure and combine liquid and solid raw materials, titrate, dilute, filter bulk products.
• Component Manufacturing – Label, de-cap, fill, cap, and inspect vials.
• Kit Manufacturing – Label, prepare kit boxes, assemble and inspect finished product.
• Support and maintain compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Weigh and measure raw materials accurately to the correct decimal place.
• General laboratory and equipment maintenance; adhere to inventory control procedures.
• Follow SOPs and proper laboratory technique; contribute to process improvements.

• Ability to pipette liquids, weigh powders, and record measurements accurately.
• Quick learning of basic laboratory techniques.
• Computer literacy in spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability; perform under pressure and work without supervision.
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

• Drafting, revising, and publishing work instructions and/or SOPs.
• Experience in high‑growth startup environments.
• Basic understanding of ISO 13485 and/or experience working in an ISO compliant facility.
• Aseptic Technique.
• Experience with GMP and GDP.

• Matric / High school diploma or Associates degree with 3-4+ years industry experience (or an undergraduate degree in a relevant life science discipline with 0-2+ years experience).

• Resume or CV highlighting relevant qualifications and experience.
