Key Responsibilities

• Meet production targets and maintain production schedules.
• Optimize costs while ensuring quality standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Manage and lead staff in a production environment.
• Control stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Utilize computer systems effectively for production planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in bakery or food manufacturing.
• Local citizen of South Africa.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
