Ops Lead - Asset Management & Compliance

A leading financial services provider in Cape Town is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee full spectrum operational responsibilities. The role includes trade lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, risk and controls oversight, and data integrity management. The ideal candidate will hold at least an Honours level Finance/Commerce degree and possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Asset Management industry.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills are essential. This is a non-traveling role offering a dynamic working environment.
