Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client, a well-established logistics service provider is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Logistics Project Manager to manage complex national and international logistics projects. This role is not operational or site-based. It is a planning-intensive, computer-based role that involves deep focus, structured thinking, spreadsheet-driven project build-outs, and coordination of multiple suppliers and stakeholders. If you genuinely enjoy planning, structuring information, building detailed spreadsheets, and managing moving parts end-to-end, this role will suit you exceptionally well.

  • Manage national and international logistics projects from initial brief through to completion
  • Receive, analyse, and fully understand detailed client briefing documents
  • Translate project briefs into structured project plans, timelines, and workflows
  • Build and maintain detailed project spreadsheets, including multiple work streams and divisions
  • Capture and manage packing lists for all items to be received, stored, and shipped
  • Plan and coordinate collections across multiple suppliers and locations
  • Allocate and track project costs across departments (wrapping, crating, transport, storage, shipping, installations)
  • Develop flow charts and timelines to manage dependencies, lead times, and critical paths
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external suppliers
  • Plan required resources, team sizes, and subcontractor involvement per project
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and workflow issues before they impact delivery
  • Conduct ongoing follow-ups to ensure deadlines, cost controls, and project milestones are met
  • Maintain accurate project records, data capture, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure all logistics activities align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Support continuous improvement of planning tools, templates, and processes
