Essential to meet requirements before applying
Qualifications & Experience- Degree or Postgraduate qualification in HR / Organisational Development
- Strong knowledge of South African labour and skills legislation
; accountable for SDF function - 10+ years’ experience in Learning & Development strategy
- 8+ years’ experience facilitating leadership, functional, and management training
- Proven experience in learning design, delivery, and evaluation
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills (training MIS, dashboards, reporting)
- Lead and deliver holistic capability development across all employee levels in South Africa
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions in Operations, Leadership, CX, and People Management
- Partner with business and Operations to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training
- Lead L&D and Operational Excellence projects from planning to completion
- Measure training effectiveness, quality, and ROI
, reporting monthly to leadership - Support talent and leadership development initiatives and organisational development efforts
