• Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control
• Ability to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure maximum efficiency
• Assist and guide technicians in technical matters
• Manage workshop schedules and job cards
• Ensure compliance with factory standards, audits, and other regulatory requirements
• Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance
• Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
