We are looking for a hands‑on Branch Manager to lead a busy car‑rental branch in the airport area of Cape Town. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in operations, customer service, and team management.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, including fleet management and rentals
- Lead, coach, and manage branch staff
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, costs, and branch profitability
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in car rental, mobility, or a related operational/service industry
- Proven branch or multi‑staff management experience
- Strong customer service and operational skills
- Financial and administrative acumen
- Own reliable transport
- Leadership role with operational autonomy
