Role Purpose

As a Retention’s Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a high‑performing retention team. You will coach, mentor, and inspire agents to achieve individual, team, and business targets. This role is about keeping clients engaged, maximizing retention, and creating a motivated, results‑driven team that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes. Our leaders lead from the front. People do what you do, not what you say.

With energy, leadership, and a passion for growth, you will shape the team’s performance, support their development, and ensure smooth, efficient operations — all while contributing to the overall success of our Cape Town operations.
