A dynamic company in the iGaming and betting industry is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations from their Cape Town office.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, implement efficient processes, ensure compliance with SA iGaming regulations, and work closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth and operational success across the business.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead operational strategy and execution across all business units to drive growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance standards.
- Implement processes, policies, and systems to optimise operational excellence.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to drive results.
- Ensure compliance with South African iGaming regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategy.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational risk to maintain financial sustainability.
- Represent the organisation in key industry forums and stakeholder engagements.
- Extensive experience in operational leadership within the South African iGaming sector.
- Strong technical expertise in gaming platforms, product operations, and digital systems.
- Proven ability to scale operations and drive business performance in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of iGaming regulations, compliance, and market dynamics in South Africa.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of budget and resource management.
- Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
