• Deliver relevant KPIs (sales, NPS, open orders, repairs) through effective in-store execution.
• Build strong business relationships and manage operations execution teams of respective stores and managers.
• Drive sell-out by understanding targets per store, managing stock levels, and implementing promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7.
• Driver’s license (code
  8).

• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in an FMCG/Cellular/Consumer electronics environment at a managerial/supervisory level.

• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, influencing skills, leadership skills, financial acumen, and business acumen.
