We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Commercial Attorney for an immediate start to join our dedicated legal team. The role involves supporting one of our key clients with a range of pre- and post-signature contract deliverables
, working closely with internal business stakeholders.

• Act as a client-facing legal partner, engaging daily with internal business stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts in accordance with established guardrails, processes, and procedures.
• Manage competing priorities effectively to meet deliverables and project milestones.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all contractual documentation and interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience as an Attorney.
• Practical experience drafting commercial contracts, contract variations, and conducting contract reviews.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems with minimal supervision.
• Available to start at short notice, ideally by 1 February 2026

• Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship management experience.
• Exposure to commercial risk assessment
  , particularly within a pre-sales or RFP environment.

• Professional and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player who is equally effective working independently.
