Commercial Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable admitted Commercial Attorney for an immediate start, 3‑6 month contract to support our dedicated team of lawyers involved across a range of deliverables for one of our clients relating to pre‑and post‑signature contract support.

• This is a client facing role that requires day to day engagement with internal client business stakeholders.
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and following internal and client guardrails, processes and procedures.
• Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deliverables and project milestones.
• Maintaining a strong attention to detail throughout all contractual and stakeholder interactions.

• 2+ years’ experience post admission as Attorney.
• Hands‑on experience in drafting contracts and contract variations, and conducting contract reviews.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability as a fast learner, capable of rapidly assimilating new processes and systems with minimal supervision.
• Available to start at short notice, ideally by 1st of February 2026.

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.

• Professional and confident communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player who can also operate autonomously.
