Senior Admitted Attorney & Notary

We are a specialist legal practice focusing on deceased estates, notarial work, and conveyancing. We are seeking a highly responsible, admitted attorney who is also a Notary Public, with solid practical experience in either conveyancing or deceased estates (experience in both is advantageous).

This is a senior, trust‑based role working directly with the principal.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Admitted Notary Public
• Proven, hands‑on experience in deceased estates or conveyancing
• Strong drafting skills and procedural discipline
• High level of accountability, discretion, and professionalism

• Running and managing notarial matters independently
• Handling deceased estate administration or conveyancing preparation and file management
• Professional liaison with clients, Masters’ Offices, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
• Working closely with the principal on complex matters
• Limited, clearly scoped assistance across related legal ventures (including estate‑related platforms and legal education projects)

• Is reliable, methodical, and calm under pressure
• Is comfortable with responsibility and process‑driven work
• Prefers substance and quality over visibility
• Works well alongside a strong principal and values long‑term professional alignment
