You’ll be the driving force behind channel growth, creative innovation, and performance optimisation across assigned brands. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and confidently bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable growth recommendations per brand
• Identify trends, platform updates and new content opportunities
• Drive consistent month-on-month growth across platforms
• Optimise content mix, posting frequency and engagement strategies
• Test new formats (Reels, Stories, carousels, short-form video, etc.)
• Maintain structured 6–8 week rolling content calendars
• Oversee accurate and timeous scheduling using tools like Sprout Social
• Reduce reactive posting through proactive planning
• Lead and contribute to content ideation sessions
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy
• Prepare clear, strategic creative briefs for Studio
• Pitch innovative campaign and content ideas
• Compile and present monthly performance reports
• Translate data into strategic insights and optimisation plans
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Studio and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
