- Daily Analysis & Monitoring Intelligence

- Analyze alarm trends, patterns, and correlations

- Detect anomalies and provide proactive insights

- Engage domain teams for remediation

- Technical Support & Engineering

- Level 2 fault diagnosis and advanced troubleshooting

- Configure alerts, design automation use cases

- Support integration of new systems

- Reporting & Analytics

- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly technical reports

- Incident patterns, RCA summaries, automation impact reporting

- SLA/OLA adherence analysis

- Operational & Reporting Deliverables

- Daily Health Checks, Alarm Reports, Automation scripts

- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly summary reports
