Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical architecture, standards, and major infrastructure decisions.
- Convert client needs into bestâpractice solutions and support L1L3 escalations.
- Oversee daily service delivery, SLAs, team performance, and monitoring.
- Manage endâtoâend client projects, scopes, risks, vendors, and change control.
- Own patching, backups, security posture, audits, and proactive monitoring.
- Drive team leadership, performance reviews, development plans, and resourcing.
- Collaborate across departments, support sales, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Enforce standards and compliance while driving automation, innovation, and technical improvements.

Job Experience and

Skills Required:

- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field.
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator Certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certification advantageous.
- Fortinet NSE Certifications beneficial.
- 57+ years experience in an MSP environment.
- Proven leadership of small- to mid-sized technical teams.
- Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft 365 and networking.
- Experience delivering complex IT projects and performing lifecycle/risk-based infrastructure analysis.
