You’ll be the go-to person for assembling solutions—off-the-shelf and custom-built. You’ll break big problems into project-sized pieces and deliver end-to-end. And you'll work side-by-side with a team who loves hard problems, thinks critically, and moves fast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Understand internal and client-facing business needs and identify where automation or system solutions can unlock value

Scope, plan, and execute technical projects—balancing speed, sustainability, and scale

Integrate off-the-shelf SaaS platforms and no-code/low-code tools into efficient workflows

Build lightweight custom applications, scripts, or middleware to connect systems and automate logic

Collaborate with operations, outreach, and data teams to design tools that enhance execution and reporting

Drive adoption and training internally—ensuring technical solutions are used effectively

Document and improve systems iteratively—making them more scalable with each cycle

Stay on the pulse of emerging tools and tech that could benefit our workflows

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE Experience working in a marketing, lead generation, or startup environment

Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies or similar iterative delivery approaches

Experience building internal tooling or lightweight dashboards for ops teams

Prior experience with CRM systems and data enrichment tools

Experience with task routing, bots, or workflow automation platforms
