• Own and drive the development of new data products, from concept to production deployment.
• Grow a team of analysts, mentoring them on analytical techniques and best practices.
• Design and implement advanced models for segmentation, prediction and insight generation, using transactional data.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure efficient processing and scalability of data pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and research to unlock new insights from our dataset.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Champion AI/ML techniques and the expanded use of LLMs to drive innovation across the data science role.

• A postgraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field).
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with transactional data in the fields of insights, segmentation or consumer analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow or PyTorch) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Big Query (or similar cloud data platforms).
• Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade ML models.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
