Job Description

Local Governance, especially City of Cape Town Case and Records Management experience would be beneficial
It is strongly recommended that potential candidates reside in Cape Town
Understanding of SAP system integration between SAP Case & Records Management, SAP UI5 Portal and UI5 Mobile
Roles and responsibiliites o Review existing business processes and requirements and utilize that knowledge to map the processes to SAP’s case, mobile & e-service solutions o Schedule and conduct workshops with various business and functional teams to plan, prioritize, design, and deliver documented business processes in Visio for SAP case, mobile and e-service applications to support a complete and cohesive user experience o Ask the right questions to clarify stakeholder needs.

o Translate vague ideas into clear, structured requirements. o Write functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, and process flows (BPMN) o Ensure documentation is understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences. o Esnure completeness of all business scenarios and documentation thereof o Play back and communicate the TO-BE business processes to business and project stakeholders and obtain sign-off o Document the project blueprint o Working knowledge of o systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

o the language of developers and architects. o Understand project methodology and adhere to project timelines and quality gates o Attend and actively contribute to project team meetings and business analysis related discussions that contribute to the overall success of the project.
