Job Title:

QA Tester My client is seeking to hire a QA Tester in Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios based on software requirements.

Create and execute tests on software usability.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

Analyze test results on errors or bugs, and usability.

Prepare reports and documentation on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and report to the design team.

Interact with various teams to understand product requirements.

Troubleshoot and debug, identifying defects in detail.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Desired Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or certificates in IT or related field.
1 year of experience in QA testing.

Strong communication (written and presentation) skills.

Teamwork skills.

Troubleshooting abilities.

Flexibility/adaptability.

Time management skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously.

Experience in manual testing.

You will benefit from:

Experience in automated testing.

Familiarity with agile principles and Jira/Confluence.
