SAP Business Analyst – Case & Records Management

Key Responsibilities- Review existing business processes and map them to SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions
. - Conduct workshops with business and functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
. - Document business processes in Visio and BPMN
. - Ensure all business scenarios and documentation are complete.
- Present TO-BE processes to stakeholders and obtain sign-off.
- Document the project blueprint
. - Work with developers and architects to support system design and integrations.
- Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Understanding of SAP Case & Records Management
. - Knowledge of SAP UI5 Portal and UI5 Mobile applications
. - Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
