The Role:

Onboarding Specialist – French Speaking

As part of the Commercial Activation team, you will lead the onboarding journey for new French-speaking partners. Focused on their first 12 months, you'll train, activate, and support new salon and wellness businesses as they transition to the platform. The role is central to helping clients digitise their services and become confident users of the software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, or partner success
  • Deliver virtual onboarding and training sessions to new French-speaking clients
  • Support adoption and integration of SaaS tools in salon operations
  • Educate partners on best practices to maximise platform usage
  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively reduce churn risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client handovers
  • Provide product coaching and unlock long-term value for clients
  • Track onboarding activity using Salesforce, Google Sheets, and internal systems

About You

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years in onboarding, client success, or partner activation roles
  • Confident hosting virtual calls and training sessions
  • Strong multitasking, organisation, and KPI management skills
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, and MS Office
  • Adaptable communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, analytical approach
  • Team-oriented and motivated by collaborative success

Nice to Have

  • Background in beauty, wellness, or personal care sectors
  • Experience supporting European or international markets
  • Familiarity with digital transformation or e-commerce platforms

Working Hours

  • October–March: 10:00 – 19:00 SAST
  • March–October: 11:00 – 20:00 SAST
