Digital Sales Administrator - Ecommerce

We are looking for a Digital Sales Administrator E-Commerce to join a growing team and support the day-to-day running of online stores. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, comfortable working online, and keen to build experience in e-commerce and digital retail. Permanent role, based in Cape Town, Brackenfell

You will work closely with marketing and IT teams to make sure online platforms are accurate, up to date, and working as they should.

• Maintain product listings across online stores, including images, descriptions, pricing and product details

• Monitor online store performance, sales channels and payment gateways

• Assist with updates, changes and improvements to e-commerce platforms

• Help troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues on the website

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth online customer experience

• Monitor customer feedback and help improve usability and performance

• Stay informed about e-commerce trends and basic best practices

• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, online administration or a related role

• Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento or similar

• Comfortable working with product content, online listings and digital tools

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work accurately, manage deadlines and handle pressure when needed
