Business Support Department for the Claims Implementation & Support Specialist who will be based in Bellville or Parktown.

To ensure that claim operating applications, B2B integration applications, and processes of quality are implemented and to ensure the end users are upskilled and supported post any of these implementations.

• This role functions within C&P Claims but also fulfils a pivotal role within the BITS environment in providing service to the IT project team.

• Agile fundamentals, Scaled Agile Delivery Framework, Guidewire Cloud Based Education
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Claims environment
