ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Automation Workflow Development
- Build and maintain basic automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Assist in integrating automation solutions with existing business systems.
- Scripting & Coding
- Write and troubleshoot basic scripts using Power Shell for system tasks and automation.
- Develop simple code snippets in languages such as Python or C# for automation purposes.
- Process Analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Testing & Documentation
- Perform unit testing on automation workflows.
- Document automation processes and maintain version control.
- Support & Maintenance
- Provide first-level support for automation-related issues.
- Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance improvements.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- Attend meetings and working parties to represent Operations where necessary.
- Attend customer meetings to provide technical consultancy.
- Helping to identify gaps in existing technical documentation, knowledge and skills.
- Creating and maintaining of technical customer documentation.
- Change Implementation Quality.
- Complete Partnership and Technical Skill Certifications Requirements.

- 0-1 year general IT experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 ecosystem is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate (flows, connectors, triggers).
- Familiarity with Power Shell for automation tasks.
- Understanding of basic coding principles (loops, conditions, variables).
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug simple automation workflows.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- National High School Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
- Any Information Technology certification,
E.g N+, A+, etc
- Recognised as a professional in field.
- Strong ability to solve and troubleshoot problems remotely.
- Ability to work in a very busy and highly pressurised environment.
- A detailed and accurate approach to undertaking all duties.
