SAGE X3 Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 Consultant to implement, support, and optimise the Sage X3 ERP system across the business. The role will work closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure the ERP platform supports business objectives, improves process efficiency, and delivers measurable business value.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who combines strong business process knowledge with Sage X3 functional or techno‑functional expertise. Key

• Lead and support Sage X3 implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Configure Sage X3 modules including Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Translate business processes into efficient ERP solutions and workflows
• Manage or support data migration from legacy systems
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and system enhancements
• Plan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide end‑user training, documentation, and post‑implementation support
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors/partners where required
• Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and best‑practice usage
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and systems

• 3+ years’ experience working with Sage X3 in a consulting or in‑house ERP role
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, especially in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Proven experience in Sage X3 implementation, configuration, and support
• Experience with data migration, testing, and user training
• Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in project‑based environments
• Techno‑functional experience (Sage X3 scripting, reporting, integrations)
• SQL or database exposure
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or retail environments
• Exposure to ERP upgrades or multi‑site implementations
