POSITION: ERP Support Analyst
LOCATION: Observatory
REPORTING TO: CIO
About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong ERP Support Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting users, optimising business processes, and working with data, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
What You’ll Do- Provide internal support and assistance to end users
- Troubleshoot ERP and business process issues
- Review and improve existing business processes
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Assist internal and external auditors with system-related queries
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong financial awareness and business acumen
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience with Jet Reports
- Experience with Power BI
- SQL knowledge (advantageous)
- Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Critical thinker with sound judgment
- Technologically savvy and resourceful
- Solution-focused with strong problem‑solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong communicator — both written and verbal
