Head - Microsoft Dynamics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics practice, including both Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will also bring substantial experience in SAP environments
, enabling strategic oversight across ERP platforms. This role demands deep technical knowledge, delivery leadership, and product innovation skills to ensure robust solution delivery, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

• Define and lead the vision and roadmap for the Microsoft Dynamics suite in alignment with business goals.
• Bridge strategic business objectives with technical delivery across Dynamics and SAP landscapes.
• Provide cross-platform governance, including integration strategies between Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.

• Oversee the design, development, and customization of Dynamics modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Drive the creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and tools for faster and more reliable implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to build customer-centric and scalable products.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and hybrid SAP-Dynamics projects across global geographies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Establish best practices for implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 and SAP trends, new features, and partner technologies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using AI, automation, and analytics within ERP processes.
• Continuously improve delivery models, methodologies (Agile/Dev Ops), and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP systems, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE) with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4
  
  HANA) and experience integrating with Microsoft platforms.
• Solid experience in software product development
  , especially in enterprise SaaS or ERP environments.
• Track record in leading agile delivery teams
  , managing vendors, and overseeing complex global rollouts.

• Microsoft and SAP certifications (e.g., MB-300/MB-310, SAP Certified Application Associate)
• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with hybrid cloud ERP strategies and data governance practices.
