Our client is a rapidly scaling fintech company that powers the digital economy. Their platform helps fast-growing technology companies operate and scale internationally with modern financial infrastructure.

As demand for their solution continues to grow, they’re expanding their SDR team with Delta‑v — creating a unique opportunity for ambitious sales talent to join early and make an impact.

About the role

This is your chance to break into Tech Sales with some of the fastest-growing international Fin Tech and SaaS companies. You’ll learn how to generate pipeline, book meetings with C-level executives, and play a key role in winning new customers.

We’ll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you’ll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.

What you’ll do:

  • Learn the Fin Tech & SaaS space across EMEA markets
  • Research and identify high-value target accounts
  • Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and Linked In
  • Book meetings and demos with senior executives
  • Join customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
  • Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders

Requirements

  • A university degree
  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (preferably sales-related) after your studies
  • Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and Fin Tech
  • High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level executives
  • Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
  • South African citizenship
