Position Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic alignment, efficient prioritization, and successful delivery of product roadmaps, ensuring adherence to business goals and client needs, while leading a team through effective planning, coordination, and resolution of challenges. This role presents an opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive high standards of deliverables and support while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Alignment and delivery of the product roadmap according to the product vision, business goals and client’s needs by effective planning and scheduling of resources and tracking deliverables;
• Work closely with Product Manager, team members and other stakeholders to build, maintain and prioritize backlog;
• Lead collaborative and planning processes, including facilitation of product team ceremonies such as: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives;
• Facilitate improvement by identifying and implementing actions based on outcomes of retrospectives;
• Collaboration and coordination across internal and external parties to identify dependencies and remove any impediments or obstacles facing the team, escalating to relevant stakeholders wherever necessary;
• Manage production issues to resolution, ensuring inclusion in sprint planning where necessary;
• Manage support issues to ensure timely and effective resolution;
• Perform regular support reviews to identify features needed to reduce support effort as well as identify recurring issues;
• Perform regular performance reviews of team members; and
• Ensure team members receive mentoring, guidance and training as required.
