Purpose of the job
We are seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce Data Analyst to support our online retail platform within a large-scale omnichannel retail environment. The role focuses on analysing and optimising the end-to-end ecommerce customer journey, from traffic and conversion through fulfilment and post-purchase customer experience. You will work closely with Ecommerce Product Owners, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfilment, and Technology teams to drive data-led decisions.
This is an end-to-end analyst role, covering data sourcing, data product specifications, insight generation, visualisation, and delivery of clear commercial recommendations.
