Data and Automation Analyst

As a Data & Automation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the business. Reporting to London, you will work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business teams to analyse data, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include building automated workflows, developing reporting tools, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes.

• Analyse business processes and datasets to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Monitor automated processes and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, reporting, and automation issues in a timely manner.
• Support onboarding of new systems, processes, and data integrations.

• 2+ years experience in a data, automation, or analytics-focused role.
• Knowledge and understanding of the FX markets.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Power Automate, VBA, or similar).
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with senior stakeholders across the firm.
