An international consulting group seeks an IT Project Manager to lead IT work streams in M&A transactions. Responsibilities include managing IT carve-outs, ensuring business continuity, and aligning IT solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of IT project management experience, a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business, and solid knowledge of ERP systems and cloud migration.

This is an on-site position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
