Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to drive customer growth, enhance engagement, and improve our website experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, security, and scalability of our technical environments, safeguarding both customer and staff operations.

Essential Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Dev Ops role
• Proven expertise in providing technical support in production environments
• Expertise with cloud-based collaboration tools, specifically AWS
• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures and Linux system administration
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Nomad
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in regulated industries with compliance and cybersecurity requirements is a plus

Key Accountabilities

• Design and implement secure infrastructure and automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD tools to accelerate software development and ensure seamless deployment.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of Dev Ops processes and systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues across development, test, and production environments to minimize downtime and ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize development workflows and ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and associated tools to enable rapid deployment and effective monitoring of custom applications at scale.
• Implement and uphold operational standards and processes to ensure best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to leverage current best practices.
