• Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy aligned with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security tools, systems, and protocols to safeguard critical assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Manage the response to security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and thorough documentation for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and industry trends to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all business operations and technology projects.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and effective security practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards.
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to respond to and resolve security incidents promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly advantageous.
