What You’ll Be Doing
Full-Funnel Paid Media Ownership (Google & Microsoft)
You’ll plan, launch, and optimise all campaign types, including:
- Search (Brand, Non-Brand, Competitor, DSA)
- Performance Max
- Shopping (Standard & PMax Shopping)
- Demand Gen / Discovery
- You Tube (In-stream, In-feed, Shorts)
- Display & Native (including Microsoft Audience Network)
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy across multiple accounts and markets
- Structure accounts for scalability, signal quality, and long-term performance
- Manage budgets holistically across campaign types and platforms
- Apply smart bidding, automation, and audience strategies intentionally, not blindly
- Lead creative testing in collaboration with the creative team
- Align paid media strategy with landing pages, CRO, and overall site experience
Performance & Growth
- Optimise towards revenue, efficiency, and profitability, not vanity metrics
- Analyse performance across the full funnel and identify growth levers
- Forecast performance and model outcomes for clients and pitch work
- Diagnose performance issues across media, creative, audience, and UX
Client & Internal Leadership
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients
- Clearly explain complex strategies and results in simple, commercial terms
- Push back when needed using data, logic, and sound reasoning
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social, CRO, Analytics, and Creative teams
- Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and process improvement
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 5+ years hands-on experience in paid media / PPC
- Advanced experience across all Google Ads campaign types
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Ads
- Proven results across ecommerce and lead generation accounts
- Comfortable owning accounts independently and at scale
Nice-to-Haves
- Agency experience
- GA4, GTM, and attribution knowledge
- Experience with CRM integrations and lead routing
- Experience with email marketing
- German speaker
Knowledge Sharing & Upskilling (Important)
We’re looking for someone who enjoys teaching and enabling others.
This role includes:
