A technology solutions provider located in Cape Town is looking for an Intermediate Scrum Master to join their hybrid work team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile principles and is responsible for facilitating Scrum events. Key duties include coaching the development team, removing impediments, and managing the Product Backlog. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master is essential.

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are required.
