As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Shop2
Shop, you’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through data-led digital campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and emerging channels. Your role is highly analytical and creative — combining content insight, campaign design, and deep performance tracking to maximise ROI. You’ll collaborate with the design, product, and BI teams to ensure each campaign is relevant, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns
- Set up and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Align campaigns with strategic objectives: lead generation, acquisition, engagement, or conversion
- Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages to improve performance
- Adjust campaigns based on performance, audience behaviour, and market insights
Success = Campaigns deliver strong ROI, customer acquisition costs are optimised, and results are clearly reported
Analyse, report, and drive improvements
- Produce regular reports and dashboards for internal teams and senior stakeholders
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve creative, copy, budget allocation, or channel mix
Success = Performance insights lead to measurable improvements in future campaigns
Collaborate on content and creative
- Brief and work with designers to create platform-relevant visuals and copy
- Provide input on messaging, offer positioning, and audience segmentation
- Align creative with campaign intent, audience needs, and Shop2
Shop’s brand voice
Success = Creative output supports campaign performance and resonates with the target audience
Explore new trends, tools, and opportunities
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and performance trends
- Recommend new channels, formats, or tools to increase campaign efficiency
- Test new campaign ideas in partnership with the team
Success = Campaign strategy evolves continuously to stay competitive and innovative
Develop your skills and contribute to the team
- Participate in monthly KPI check-ins and performance reviews
